- 48 Contiguous States: Standard shipping applies (3–6 business days).
- Hawaii & Alaska: Extended delivery period of 2 to 4 weeks via USPS ground/air transit.
- Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO): We proudly support military personnel. Deliveries to military addresses take approximately 4 weeks via USPS Military Mail.
Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. Orders stored at our local overseas warehouses process even faster within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on package weight, origin warehouse, final delivery address, and selected shipping method.
All customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes incurred during international shipping are fully covered by Kingkongbox®. You will never face surprise fees upon delivery.
Once your parcel is scanned and dispatched from our logistics center, an automated email containing your official USPS / Carrier Tracking Number and direct tracking link will be sent to your inbox.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update initial scan details. In-transit scan pauses of more than 24 hours are normal while packages travel between major regional sorting hubs.
You can track your package anytime on our store's Track Your Order page using your Order Number and Email Address.
